Our fees depend on the services undertaken on your behalf, the time and skill it involves and reflect the complexity, time and challenge of the application.
We always provide a quote for our services and fees in writing.
The fees will need to be paid directly to our law firm in Australia.
We only quote a fee after we have established that you have a case which we can successfully lodge with the Immigration Department and after we have taken account of the potential difficulties and time issues involved.
Please note, no two cases are the same and our fees are charged on a per application basis regardless of the number of people included.
